He spoke on the importance of firms demonstrating their value, the Great Resignation and tying together a roadmap for professional development. Some of the concepts discussed included the financial benefit of professional development, building firm culture, and the ability to advance from within the firm.

The Successful Firm Project is dedicated to providing our community of legal professionals with the relevant resources they want and need to advance their firms. A portion of this huddle focused on two specific development programs at Shook, Hardy & Bacon.
